SoundField

The Power of Good Vibration

Introduction

SoundField – An immersive Sussex-based Sound-bath experience – exploring the healing, balancing and energising use of voice, intention and the power of vibration; the deeply affecting frequencies of gong, voice, singing bowls, chimes, shruti (and more) offering the opportunity for nourishment and discovery…

“We are sound – that is what we are made of. Sound is vibration. Human beings are vibrations in human form. Likewise a tree is sound in the form of a tree. All of existence is vibration” ~ Paul Horn

An immersive Sound-bath experience

SoundField offers Sound journey evenings created to allow space for listening to our inner landscapes – how we are, where we are going…

We use a variety of beautiful instruments, voice and silence to create resonant fields and waves of sound, rich with a spectrum of vibrations that each flow through us in different ways inviting flow and release.

We all need the space and time to weave more fully with our true self, to ground ourselves, to listen to our hearts. SoundField offers a space for this, so we can feel what is true for us and in this way be able to make decisions in our daily lives that better honour who we are and that nourish and support who we want and need to be.

Finding moments and spaces for our true and necessary unfolding is an essential thing in the flow of our journey.

This is the intention behind the creation of SoundField, using sound and silence, peace and space, time and rest to unfurl ourselves and listen in to the wisdom of our hearts and bodies and the guidance of our intuition.

They take place on Saturday evenings through the year and run from 7.30pm til 9.30pm with time afterwards for quiet and reflection, writing or drawing, thoughts, tea and chocolate…

The suggested cost is £15, £20 or £25 according to means.

They take place in St Andrews Hall, Worthing, West Sussex. BN11 1XB
